From 2014–2020, Nicole founded and led Cienne, an award-winning womenswear brand created to fill a white space in the luxury market—combining modern design and sustainability without compromising aesthetic. Cienne was conceived as a mission-driven brand at the intersection of design, sustainability, and culture. The strategy centered on building a cohesive brand world across product and marketing—grounded in an ongoing study of color, material, and shape and expressed through a refined, editorially driven point of view that established a distinct visual and strategic foundation for the brand.
Execution
Nicole led company vision, brand identity, and go-to-market strategy, overseeing product design, creative direction, and multi-platform campaigns across e-commerce, digital, and print. Through seasonal collections, editorial storytelling, and strategic partnerships, the brand built a consistent visual language and cultural presence across fashion media, retail channels, and industry platforms.
